No baking paper?
I cook a baked dinner Campbell, but says I need to cover the dish with foil. I have no. I put a cover on and still cook the same amount of time? Or do I have to add the time? Or cook without a cover at all? Help!
Man, I hate it when that happens. What I have in the past a place at the top of my plate, but you may need to check frequently to make sure it is done enough. It will be fine, just and keep your eyes on it and you'll be fine. Next topic in the list of Edible foil

Southern Cooking – Spice Up Your dishes with this new recipe
Southern Cooking – Add a pinch of salt with this new recipe
Being born and raised in the Deep South, I do not know where my recently developed taste for spicy food comes from. I do not remember much spicy food served at the table when I was growing up. Although life has taken me away from the Del Sur, my love of southern cooking has never diminished. And this new love to add "spice" to my Southern dishes has a little pleasantly surprised.
I was aware that my taste for spicy food or additives are mixed in my daily diet of southern dishes. But recently I realized I was something. Perhaps the world has been eating like this forever, but was new to me. And, as I searched the internet to see if someone suggests adding spicy flavor to recipes South, I could not find any.
You may argue that spicy Cajun food has always been. Some may consider that Southern food, since it originated in Louisiana. And, yes, I agree with Cajun food is spicy. However, my Cajun food is a breed of their own. It's not what I would call the traditional southern food.
I'm talking about the green beans, fried okra, black beans, corn bread and turnip greens. And in southern fried chicken, hushpuppies and biscuits and homemade salsa.
So when I realized I was enjoying spicy additives with my favorite traditional dishes from South, which had to step back and wonder, "Where do they come?"
I found that adding a small piece of jalapeno pepper to the turnip and a touch of crushed red pepper to fried okra really enhances the flavor. And a touch of hot sauce in "all" the south is very nice. Try to dip the chicken in a sauce soft spicy before coating with flour for a great Southern fried chicken. Of course, some may call this simply "hot wings … but not how to cook. Hot wings are not cooked as cook Southern-style fried chicken (no recipe on my website).
I tried many hot sauces store brand, and are quite good, but most are too hot or too soft and lacking in flavor. And I liked until recently ran across a recipe for homemade hot sauce that blows all others out of water. It's fantastic!
Called "Butt-kicking" spicy lime sauce (my name for it). And, I share with you the recipe. Here's how to make your own.
Ingredients:
6 large jalapeno peppers (fresh is best, but you can use bottled)
6 cloves garlic
1 small onion
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 / 4 cup chopped cilantro
2 teaspoons salt
juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon black pepper
Remove the seeds and ribs from peppers and cut into medium pieces. Some cut the onion and garlic and put all the chopped ingredients in small saucepan. Pour vinegar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Roughly chop the cilantro and put in a blender with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
When jalapeno mixture is cooked, let cool for 10 minutes, then add to blender.
Turn the mixer on low for 10 seconds, then increase to higher value and mashed 3 minutes.
For a liquid sauce pure strain through a medium strainer hole, however, prefer not to strain. I like the thin pasta sauce.
Pour into sterilized jars and refrigerate. The sauce will keep about a month under refrigeration. Makes about a pint.
Note: Sterilize the jars by placing jars and lids on water boiling for 15 minutes.
This sauce is very unique taste because of the cilantro and lemon juice. I doubt you will find nothing like this in your market. And this is better because it is cooler. And you did it yourself.
I Put a bottle of this sauce on the table for every meal, including breakfast (which is great in a tortilla). In Actually, it's good in everything. I have not tried ice cream yet, but … hummmm.
