Someone has recreated the old colored glass plate photographic process Autochrome?
This is the process invented by the Lumiere brothers from France. I wonder if anyone has recreated the original form of glass plate as an emulsion Autochrome integral / colored layer between two sheets of glass to a Once developed, a color photographic transparency. Also interested in whether the later version, made in the film, has been recreated, since both processes invented 1907.
Well according to Alternativephotography.com, which is a great resource for anyone in alternative photo processes, no one is producing Autochrome again however, it seems almost every other process has someone working on it.
