What are some good ways that I can transform my living room into a "Butterfly Garden" for my daughter's birthday?
I to make tissue paper decorations hanging from the ceiling balls, together with small white butterflies – but we live in a small apartment, so our room be it as our life / / dining office space, and really want to do magic. What do you think about the creation of an area to take photos – like the Use construction paper and things to do in the background a "garden"? I do not know what else to do. Thanks for your help in advance!
What fun! You can use lights wink … make large paper flowers tissue. You can use green crepe paper for the background … make some crepe paper flowers and attach to it … that will make it 3-D. Martha Stewart's website has instructions to do that. Can also be look like a forest. A paper tree on the wall and ceiling … the leaves are hanging from the "branches" on the roof … and the lights twinkle. Paper and mushrooms in the grass bottom of the wall. All easily with construction paper … or a roll of craft paper and some craft paint. You can easily make flower pens … have feathers plain, green florist tape and fake flowers … either craft store or Wal-Mart has everything. Then, use tape to wrap around the pen and flower stalk. You can put them in a vase, tin bucket, etc. .. put some beads, beans, etc. to keep them in place. This becomes a centerpiece, but can also be a memory. Another place to get some ideas (You can purchase or simply ideas) is etsy.com. Http: / / www.kraftfoods.com bet you have some cake large garden as well. I made one for my daughter using a doll and a fairy cake made in a crockery bowl. After the cake is cool, wrap the doll in the coat saran, insert the legs into the cake to make it into her dress. Then, just ice and decorate with candy. My children have never traditional parties … we had an Alice in Wonderland party not long ago. Right now, we have a small house on the Prairie. Just get to their level and see how it would be. Something as simple for us, may seem as magical for children.

You've probably heard before, but perhaps the easiest way plans to start a butterfly garden is just check out what kind of plants and flowers attract butterflies in your local area. Take a walk around your neighborhood and see where is the ignition butterflies. What flowers and plants in the yards of neighbors have butterflies flitting around them? Where nature still wild plantations what plants are butterfly caterpillars crawl on them? What to get the nectar of the butterflies?
You see women put their eggs in certain types of plants? These are host plants for butterfly caterpillars to eat and grow until they are ready to become butterflies. To keep butterflies in your own butterfly garden, you need to include some of these.
Next keep a keen eye open for nectar plants for adult butterflies use. If you are lucky to find that you enjoy your favorite flowers, rejoice.

However, if a little wild native plants just will not fly, then you can still give some plants that attract butterflies and add them to your butterfly garden plans. Make sure your garden includes a water source, the sun, shelter, nectar plants and caterpillar host plants.
One basic plan could include plants such as lilacs, butterfly bush, Sweet William, zinnias, marigolds, phlox and ASTER. Or maybe you want to try the combination of Sedum, Rudbeckia, some different mints and, of course, butterfly bush again.
